wanna know a secret? i love the smell of cigarette smoke. i mean i LOVE it. i wish i could be a smoker. i know that's awful to say. but you know what? i mean it.

anyway, this is the type of thing i'll be doing tomorrow in design. making my face out of wire. mine is supposed to be 3D though. my hands will be verrrry sore..the wire is thick and hard to bend. hope every one's having a good week! it's freezing here.

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been slacking, but I've been busy!! My 3 day weekend seemed to go by so fast so I was very excited when I got the email saying class was canceled today. It's rather blustery outside. I have some big news to share.

You all know I'm rooming with Claire and yesterday we decided to do something really great. We made a roommate blog!! It's really coming along well and we have a lot of cool stuff planned to do on it. For starters we have the daily "Once Over" and "Mighty Monday." Hello World!

This week has been crazy. It's gone by SO SO fast! I still can't believe I'm living with my best friend. How cool is that?! I'm also loving my new class schedule. No class on Friday's! Can't get much better than that. Also, Brade and I made mashed potatoes last night. All by ourselves. We think we're pretty amazing. I get to go home today! WHOO! Sorry this post is so random, but I have to get to drawing now. Hope your week has been as fantastic as mine!

I am going back to school tomorrow after a very nice, long break. I'm excited...I am. But I've gotten really used to being home. It's like I'm leaving all over again. And that makes me sad. I really like my family. This semester is sure to be fantastic though. And I am happy. I am.

I only starting working on this yesterday, and I'm already done! Well pretty much done. I haven't quite proofread it yet so excuse the misspellings if you find any. I had a lot of fun doing this. I LOVE GRAPHIC DESIGN! I'm so happy that I will get to do things like this as a career. It's so fun!

Who would have thought I'd get so worked up over a tri-fold brochure?

i got bored today so i made butterflies out of old book pages. i really like the way they turned out. my family has to go back to work and school tomorrow, but i don't have to go back for 5 days. i have a feeling there will be more book butterflies to come. i had a whole month off from school, but it only felt like a week or 2. it went so fast. i'm looking forward to summer already.

oh, by the way, if you don't already listen to The Weepies you really should. they've really been speaking to me lately.
